social trading
being right in public over and over is the real 1000x
social trading changed a lot this year and i don't think people have really realized it yet. when most people hear social trading they just think about all of us trading with public accounts and stop that's it, me on my profile and you on yours. that's just ๐ with a wallet linked to your account. anyway, this is just the beginning of all this thing.
let's talk about the callouts rewards on pumpfun, you buy a coin, you write a thesis basically why you bought it, and if people think that you might be right and decide to follow you into it you get paid for it. that's it, that's the whole thing. and the numbers coming out of it are so fucking stupid, $50k and much more in just 9 or 10 days, some people did it in only 3 days.
the part that really matters is that everyone has access to this. you don't need 40k followers, you don't need a name, you don't need anyone to know you at all. you buy, you explain why, and if you're right people follow you in. this is how it works. it used to be that making money off your opinion required an audience first, and building an audience is a completely different job from trading. now the order is flipped.
the thing here that makes me laugh is that if you post a screenshot of a $100 daily payout on ct people laugh at you. it's nothing, not even worth posting. but leave ct for a second and look at what people actually get paid out there. teachers aren't rich anywhere, pick any country you want and it's the same story, a whole year of showing up to a real job they studied and trained for and the pay is what it is. and some people out there made more in a single day than that job pays in a year. some of them a lot more.
when you sit inside ct long enough a hundred dollars a day starts sounding like an insult, and that's kinda fucked. the gap between what gets laughed at on the timeline and what a normal salary looks like anywhere outside of here has gotten so wide that it feels worth stopping and actually thinking about it.
but the rewards are still the small part of all this. the big thing here is that social trading gives visibility to traders who never had any. there have always been guys who are genuinely good and nobody knows their name, because being good at trading and being good at building an audience are two completely different things and almost nobody is good at both. that second thing used to be the gate, and social trading just removes it. you dont have to be a personality anymore. you have to be right in public over and over again and the app does the rest for you.
which means everything turns into pnl. your visibility is pnl, your followers are pnl. if you're good enough on the app you dont stay on it for long, people start posting about you on ๐, and then they start following you, watching what you do every day, then companies show up wanting to work with you.
trading builds the audience. that's exactly where we are now almost at the end of 2026. being right in public is the trade.
